Not your average sushi-shop, Hashi is lead by Chef Andy Galsan, the former lead sushi chef of the Park Hyatt Water Tower. Chef Andy has additionally been part of awarded teams at Naoki, Summer House Santa Monica, Jellyfish, Sushi Samba, Sushi Den, Hatsu Hanna.

We offer food classes, cooking demos and hands-on sushi making parties for groups up to 40 people for beginners up to advanced cooks. Each workshop takes place in our beautiful new Lounge and is led by a highly trained and professional Chef. Custom events and instruction are available.
